They took charge of things beyond what I had envisioned.  The team made an initial visit to see what was sell-able and arranged a date that fit my schedule. They kept me informed at every interval during the sale and the 2-day sale went as planned and exceeded my expectations.  Payment from the sale came promptly and was more than I could have imagined. The staff at Estate sales by Jonesy was sensitive to each family members quirks, quite open about how the estate-sale process works and put in the time to make sure we understood everything about the process which showed that were more interested in my family than in just “making a buck”

It was very clear this is a passion for them, not just about the money. Marty, Lorene, Andrea and all are just wonderful, caring, considerate and personable individuals. They conducted my Father's estate sale and did a superb job from setting up to rearranging as items sold to handling all the transactions. They sold more than I expected and at a very fair price.
